How to track your order online
Never miss a status update
Once your prescription ships, you can easily check your order status online or get updates by text or email.* Just click the link in your alert to see when it's arriving at CVS Pharmacy® or your delivery address.
Checking order status online
Once you log into your CVS Specialty account, select the three line menu at the top right to display the features in your account.
Select Orders to view the Your Orders page, which displays all of your current and past orders, including orders we are currently working on, orders that are experiencing delays, and orders that have shipped that are on their way to you.
By selecting the filter button, you will have the ability to view all orders placed within the last 36 months.
We will also let you know if your medication requires refrigeration and if your order delivery requires a signature.
Select a Prescription order to view the Order Details page, which will provide a detailed view about the current state of your order, including any important reminders or issues affecting the order, such as prior authorization status.
Other details include the full drug name and dosage. A status tracker and an order number.
Depending on the delivery address selected when the order was placed, either a pickup location or shipping address information will be displayed, including real time tracking updates once the order is shipped.
You can also engage with the chat icon from this page if you need additional help with your order coming soon.
You will also be able to reschedule your order, add a method of payment or copay assistance card, and engage with other self-service features from this page.

Text alerts are a convenient, timely way to stay up to date wherever you are. We send real-time text alerts when:
- A prescription is ready for refill
- Your CareTeam needs to reach you
- An order has shipped
- A payment is due
