      Most specialty pharmacies only deliver. But with CVS Specialty™, you’ve got options for how you get your medications. First: You can choose to pick up at any CVS Pharmacy®. Including those inside Target stores.  Simply use our store locator to find one near you. Where allowed by law. Prefer delivery? Have your medications shipped at no cost to any location you choose. Where allowed by law. You can also store additional addresses for future orders. And if you need to change your delivery date, no problem.       Delivery comes at no extra cost, and we take great care to get your medication to you on time. To ensure privacy and safety, we ship in secure nondescript packaging (temperature controlled, if needed).

      Most specialty pharmacies only deliver, but if you prefer to pick up your medication, we can have it available for you at any CVS Pharmacy location.*

      What you need to know about medication delivery

      Most of our shippers have relaxed their signature requirements for medication deliveries.

      For example, UPS currently allows you to enter a code and your name so you don’t have to touch the hand-held device. 

      Regular delivery is Monday through Friday. Some shipments sent by mail may arrive on Saturday. Orders that need to be refrigerated arrive Tuesday through Friday.

      You can check your order status any time on your computer or mobile device. Learn more about order status alerts.

      In remote areas, deliveries may be as late as 7:30 p.m. (Saturday delivery may not be available.) Check with your CareTeam when placing your order. We’re happy to make different arrangements if needed.

      Ensuring that you have your medication when you need it is our top priority. If you don’t receive your order on schedule, call us as soon as possible.

      Send a message to your CareTeam or update your account preferences if your address, phone number or delivery preference changes.

      If you’re on vacation or away from home for an extended period, you can arrange delivery to your current location or a nearby CVS Pharmacy. Contact your CareTeam or simply change your delivery location online.

      If you need an emergency refill, call the phone number on your prescription label or 1-800-237-2767.
