If you're feeling overwhelmed right now, that's understandable. Starting infusion or nutrition therapy at home will mean some changes to your daily life. At first, you may feel a little anxious. But we've made it our mission to make things as simple as possible. Before you're discharged, we'll work directly with your insurance o let you know what's covered by your benefits and if there will be any out-of-pocket costs. And once you're home, you'll have a dedicated team of registered nurses, dieticians, and pharmacists to help guide you throughout your treatment. We'll show you how to administer your therapy and connect you with educational resources. We also understand that your needs and concerns are unique. So here are some of the ways we help along the way. We carefully prepare your prescribed medication, formula, and equipment and deliver it to your home. For your convenience, the supplies you receive are designed for use at home, so they won't be as large or complex as the ones in the hospital. And we help advise on what activities may be right for you. Many people are able to go to work, attend school, and even exercise normally during their treatment. You can count on us to help you stay on track with your new therapy, allowing you to focus on the most important things-your health and life beyond treatment.
