What to expect when filling prescriptions
Your doctor has prescribed you a specialty medication. What now? We'll help you understand what happens next.
How your prescription gets processed
Because specialty medications are complex and expensive, insurers often require additional approvals before we can provide you with your medication. Our specially trained teams help you with the approval submission process.
Making it easier to get your medication
Benefit approvals
Feel good knowing that we're here to verify your prescription benefit plan, check drug coverage and confirm any out-of-pocket costs. We also work closely with you to coordinate insurance paperwork.
Prior authorization (PA)
When medication requires a PA, it means your health insurer wants to approve its use before they cover the cost. To avoid delays, we work with your doctor and insurer to get the PA submitted as quickly as possible.
