      Filling & refilling online

      Watch an overview on how to fill and refill a prescription on your CVSSpecialty.com online profile. This includes adding one or more available prescriptions to your cart, selecting order delivery information, selecting the order delivery date, and answering any necessary questions from your Pharmacy team. This overview shows the checkout process and what to expect from your order confirmation when complete. The chat icon is present on this page in the event you may have any questions for our CVS Specialty Care Team.

       

      Once you log into your CVS specialty account, you are shown a list of your prescriptions. 

      Those that are available to fill or refill have an Add button beneath their name and details. 

      Select Add to start a new order. 

      You may add multiple available prescriptions to a single order. 

      Select Continue to Cart to change how you receive your prescription. 

      Select Change in the How to Get It section of the cart to select a delivery option, then select Continue to Change.  

      When you may receive your delivery, select Change next to Scheduled Delivery and use the calendar to adjust the recommended dates, then select Save Delivery Date. 

      When the details in the cart are correct, select Checkout. 

      Fill out the questions from your Pharmacy team form about your prescription. 

      This can be a long form, but it's a necessary step to complete your order. 

      When complete, select Submit and Check out. 

      At checkout, select Review Order to see the details of your order and then select Place Order to complete the transaction. 

      You will receive a confirmation message that the order is being worked on.
